You may refer to this list to ensure which counter you should be at during registration.
Please inform your tag number at the registration counter.
Below are a few HIGHLIGHT things you must pay attention to regarding the 16TH NATIONAL SEMINAR 2024.
SEMINAR
- Seminar attire is OFFICE ATTIRE or FORMAL.
- The Seminar will be held from 15 until 16 July at the Grand Ballroom, Level 6, Pullman Miri Waterfront, Miri, Sarawak.
- The registration counter will be opened starting on Sunday, 14 July 2024 from 3.00 PM until 6.00 PM at Borneo 1, Level 6.
- There are 4 registration counters for participants.
Counters 1 & 2 are for NON-HRDC GRANT. For those who paid the seminar fee via cash transfer.
Counters 3 & 4 are HRDC GRANT. For those who will pay using the HRDC Grant.Please ensure your name is under which category. You may refer to your HR / Training HR or the name list on the noticeboard at the Registration Counter.
- Please wear the lanyard at all times especially for admittance to the Seminar Hall and Lunch area.
SEMINAR DINNER
- Seminar attire is SMART CASUAL or BATIK.
- The Seminar Dinner will be held on 15 July 2024, Monday at the Grand Ballroom. The dinner will start at 7.30 PM. You may refer to the seminar programme.
- For those who registered for the Normal Seat, your invitation dinner card has been included in your name tag cover. Please check with your HR / Training HR whether you are registered for the Dinner or not.
- For those who registered for the Corporate or VIP Table, the person in charge may collect the card at the registration counter before 5PM, Monday 15 July 2024.
- The TABLE NUMBER for the NORMAL SEAT is from 42 until 62. It is FREE SEATING. While, for the Corporate & VIP Table, you may refer to the table number on the invitation card.
- Please bring this invitation card with you for admittance to the Seminar Dinner
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Secretariat room will be located at Borneo 1, Level 6.
- Participant’s Registration at Secretariat Room
Sunday, 14 July 2024 – 3.00 PM – 6.00 PM
Monday, 15 July 2024 – 7.00 AM onwards - Name tags will be provided to all participants. Please wear them to gain entry to the Seminar and meals and for easy identification.
- Refreshments and Lunch will be provided to participants on the two (2) days of the Seminar i.e. 15 July 2024 and 16 July 2024.
Refreshments at the Foyer and Junior Ballroom (Exhibition area), Level 6
Lunch at Pullman Kitchen, Level G (Lobby Level) - The sale of publications and ISP sundry products (including caps and t-shirts) will be held on Monday, 15 July 2024 and Tuesday, 16 July 2024 at the Secretariat Room.
- The Surau is situated on Level 6.
- Hotel Car Park – Complimentary car parking at our multi-storey car park.
- The Secretariat will issue and post on the Bulletin Board information concerning changes in the programme and arrangements relevant to the Seminar, etc.
